2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Services, generate financial projections, improve our AI agents, debug issues, prevent fraud, and analyze usage. We do NOT sell your data, share your financial inputs with others, or train AI on your conversations without consent.

3. Advertising & Cookies

For non-premium users, we work with third-party advertising companies (such as Google AdSense) to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (cookies, device identifiers, and other device data) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. We do not actively process this data ourselves for advertising purposes, but we allow these partners to collect it through our site.

• AI Service Providers: Your conversation content is processed by Google (Gemini API) to generate responses. We explicitly do not send your personal metadata (Name, Email, IP Address) to Google. However, the full content of your messages is sent to Google for processing, so please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in your chats.
• Advertising Partners: As described in Section 3, we allow advertising partners to collect data via cookies and scripts for non-premium users.
• Analytics Providers: We share technical and usage data (like page visits, click events, and browser type) with Google Analytics and Posthog to improve our service.
• Hosting & Infrastructure: Technical logs (IPs, timestamps) are processed by our hosting providers to run our servers.
• Legal Authorities: Only as strictly required by law.

5. Data Retention

Account information is kept until you delete your account. Conversation logs and financial inputs are retained indefinitely to improve our AI models and debugging. Technical logs are retained as needed for administrative purposes. Chat history displayed in your browser window is stored locally on your device (in LocalStorage).

6. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secured hosting infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

All users may request access to, deletion of, or correction of their data. EU/UK users (GDPR) have additional rights including data portability and objection to processing.
